I think we all know someone who is hooked on golf. I use to play myself and my Mom would say to me “have you played any cow pasture pool lately?” Use to crack me up hearing how ridiculous she thought the game was.
Most golfers are serious when it comes to the game though. Not my darling husband and I, we played Army golf, right, left, right, left. That is, we never hit the ball down the middle of the fairway, we would hit it right then left, right then left, lol. Not from lack of trying to get it down the middle, we just pretty much stink at golf. Don’t get me started on hazards such as sand pits and bodies of water. Just know I never came home with the same about of golf balls I would start with. I lost plenty of them.
