Hello Stampers,
I was just commenting to my husband, Russ the other day about how I am so ready for Spring to arrive here in Ohio. Everything is so brown in late Winter. I want to see those light greens mixed with the medium and dark greens. All those greens really make my heart sing!
As usual, I put my feelings into my project with ink and card stock to create today’s Green Forest Card. Stampin’ Up! has a really great line of greens. I put Pear Pizzazz, Mossy Meadow and the one I call “the bright one,” Lemon Lime Twist together in this project to help create a monotone lush leafy feel.

Hello Stampers!
I cannot get enough of the Buffalo Check image for background layers these days. I stamped the background panel today to match a flannel shirt I practically live in during the cold months. I love the way it turned out so soft looking just like my soft flannel shirt.
I had fun creating my scene too, by using a couple of images from two different stamp sets, Waterfront and Seize the Day. I know the Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog is in full swing right now but, don’t forget to check out the stamp sets in the large Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog as well for your holiday crafting. These two stamp sets are not classified as holiday stamp sets yet, make a wonderful Winter scene. Great way to get even more use out of your stamp sets.

Check it out, you can make any of your lovely little stamped scenes into a puzzle with this stamp set and coordinating dies. This just made me want to squeal when I first laid eyes on it!
Just think of all the possibilities for making puzzles out of your artwork, like creating a message and then making it a puzzle so the recipient needs to put it together to see the message. LOL, I know a couple of people who would want to kill me for that but, then I know a lot of people who would love it.
