I’ve decked out some leaves from the Vintage Leaves stamp set, item #138802 in gold.

They look like they are going to a black tie event with their little gold and black bow tie.  Add some glowing handmade background panels and you have a truly special card for that special person on your list.

Sneak Peek Spooky Owl – Stampin’ Up! Card

Hello there,

I’m having so much fun with the new products in the Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog that will be live in just 5 days!  Woot Woot!

In my card today I used the Owl from a new set Howl-o-ween Treat, item 139687, sentiment from the Seasonal Frame Thinlits Dies, item 139658 die cut from the super sparkle Black Glimmer paper,  branch from the Among the Branches set, item 139823 and the new yummy Into the Woods 3/8″ Cotton Ribbon in Rich Razzleberry, item 139612.  Put these item on your wish list for sure.  So many fun, fun items.

I think this owl looks crazy cute hanging upside down in front of my swirling sky.  I do believe this owl wishes he were a bat, lol.

Hello there,

I’ve had this scene in my mind for some time now, well at least ever since I laid eyes on the Stampin’ Up! Brick Wall Embossing Folder, item 138288.  This embossing folder really sent my mind a whirling with ideas.  I’m glad to have gotten one of those ideas down on card stock today.  I hope you like it.  🙂

Hello there,

It’s been a while since I stamped a collage style card.  They are super fun because I can get messy and pull together stamp sets that I normally wouldn’t.  I’m always surprised with how things turn out.  Believe me it is never ends up how I had envisioned when starting, but I’m always pleased with the results.
