Hello Stampers,

Much to my husbands dismay, I allow dandelions to grow freely on our property. They are a much needed food source in the Spring for my honey bees and other pollinators.  Believe me when I say I can grow dandelions like no one else!  I think they are wonderful with their bright yellow flowers, especially after a long gray Winter.

I’m also very fond of the Stampin’ Up! set Dandelion Wishes, 146747, of course.  Today I teamed the Dandelion Wishes stamp set up with the Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Beauty Thinlits Dies, 148536.

Keeping the dandelions a bright white and the die cuts very dark in this project really makes things come alive.  Add a fun layout and you have yourself one heck of a card.

I was watching two of my grand daughters, Riley and Aubree this morning and we put the ever lovable children’s show, Sesame Street on for a bit and now I cannot get the theme song out of my head.  So, I put it to good use, I created this Sunny Day card.  Looks like a great field of dandelions to run through.  This sunny card with it’s bright colors can certainly brighten someone’s day and sweep the clouds away.  🙂  What a great way to get inspiration!
