Hello Stampers and Happy Friyay!!!

Do you love the look of white on white?  I think it is just lovely to put one of the large white dies cuts made with the Butterfly Beauty Dies – 151819 on top of a white panel and then give it a nice punch of color with your main image panel.  That die cut gives the card so much interest and texture.

Today’s project gives me the vacation/Island scrapbook Vibes.  We all know that person(s) that loves the beach, so this is perfect for them.  I used the Stampin’ Up! Friend Like You stamp set, 149237.  The sentiments and images in this set ROCK!  I love that font and the two step stamping, which doesn’t require tedious coloring, is always welcome when you are cranking out those cards, right?

Today I wanted to create a card I could send to a child or adult which also could be used for multiple occasions.  It certainly could be used for a Valentine’s Day Card but, also for an anniversary, etc.  The little dog from the Hot Dog Stamp Set, 154497 makes this a not so serious card.  I thought it was fun to perch the little guy on top of a heart.

Hello Stampers,

There is just something about a scene with silhouette images in it.  I love how the dark images makes the sky/water glow.  I achieved the smooth blended look of the background ink colors for this project using the Stampin’ Up! Blending Brushes, they are awesome!  If you haven’t tried them you will definitely want to.

Hello Stampers,

Doesn’t the new Stampin’ Up! Springtime Joy stamp set just make you go “awe.” Check out this little lamb with her poofy fur, love it!

The images in this set are so darling and they are unmistakably Spring!  I’m ready for it, aren’t you?  We haven’t even had a rough Winter so far weather wise but, I’m yearning for warm weather and Spring flowers.

I think this lamb, chick and flower images would also make a super cute Welcome Baby card as well.  There is plenty of room on the top of this card to put one of the cute sentiments.  I left mine without a sentiment for now, just until I know who will be the recipient.
